Adam T. Rose, Founder and Managing Attorney of Rose Personal Injury

Adam T. Rose

Founder & Managing Attorney | Rose Personal Injury, P.A

Adam T. Rose, a personal injury lawyer and lifelong South Florida resident who represents personal injury victims throughout Miami, Key West, Monroe County, and South Florida, has built a reputation for providing direct, attentive, and aggressive legal representation.

He began his legal career at a prominent personal injury firm in South Florida, where he became a partner. For eight years, he represented injured persons, victims, and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. After a successful tenure with the firm, he founded Rose Personal Injury, P.A., a boutique firm built on the belief that every client deserves zealous advocacy and personal attention. His practice focuses on premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, maritime and boating accidents, and dog attack cases. Recent results include a $1,300,000 recovery for a client injured in a trip and fall at a Key West bed and breakfast, a $1,500,000 slip and fall settlement for a guest at a Key West hotel, and a $1,750,000 settlement for a woman injured in a tour bus accident in Key West. In 2025, the firm recovered over $1 million for dog attack victims in Miami.

While actively litigating cases across the state, Adam maintains a strong practice in Key West, the Florida Keys, and Monroe County, where he served as President of the Monroe County Bar Association. He has also represented victims in numerous maritime and watersports accident cases, including boating, parasailing, and cruise excursion claims.

Advocacy and Professional Recognition

A staunch believer in the societal importance of personal injury law, Adam is determined to achieve the best possible results for every client while holding negligent companies accountable for their actions. As an advocate for child consumer safety, he has also represented families in product liability lawsuits involving defective furniture tip-overs, defective bicycles, and failed child pool fences.

Adam has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers organization every year since 2023 and was named to the Miami-Dade Bar’s Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in 2025. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association and has presented at legal conferences throughout Florida and internationally, including at PEOPIL (Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers) conventions in Paris and Malaga, Spain.
